Sebastian has been working in film and television since 1989. In 1994, at the age of 22, he became the youngest editor in London. In 2010 Sebastian added shooting and directing to his skillset.

Since then Sebastian has edited and directed a wide variety of projects. He has made promos, corporate films, webcasts and documentaries. He spent the summer of 2012 story-producing Crime Stories for ITV1. He was director of the second unit on the British feature film Papadopoulos & Sons, released in 2013. The summer of 2014 saw Sebastian living and working in New York making The Singles Project with Lime Pictures for US Bravo. This was an innovative real-time production that utilised social media for viewers to interact and date the singles on the show.

In 2013 Sebastian edited Party On! with Jaqui M Wood for E! USA.
In 2012 Sebastian story produced and cut Crime Stories for ITV1.
In 2011 Sebastian directed the second unit and cut the British Feature Film ‘Papadopoulos & Sons’.
In 2010 Sebastian cut The Only Way Is Essex, taking it all the way from the pilot, through series 1 to a BAFTA win in 2011.
In 2009 Sebastian’s episode of The Bill, titled “Die By The Sword” was nominated for a BAFTA.
In 2007 Sebastian worked on Holby City Series X, which won the 2008 BAFTA for Best Continuing Drama, his work included the RTS award nominated Christmas special, ‘Elliot’s Wonderful Life’.
In 2006 Sebastian was part of the Top Gear editing team that was nominated for a BAFTA.
